I think this is a computer animated picture, so it´s not a special material i think it could be granit or something 1

There is a company called "Neolit" - it's a beton manufacturer. Unfortunately I can't find anything about it in the internet but I have seen their brochures - they offer similar tiles, made of beton! 1

for me it looks like as if the border is granit and in the middle there are betontiles. it looks like the tiles on page 3: http://issuu.com/fliesendorf/docs/fliesendorf-sommer-sale-2014 i saw them a few weeks ago there. 1
